Melody Red Tomahawk is a dedicated professional with 19 years of experience in Operational Leadership. She has served honorably in the United States Marine Corps and studied accounting at Trident University.

Throughout her career, Melody has completed contracts for the U.S. Government, the State of Tennessee and led over 300 employees for Effex Management Solutions. She is known for leadership, teamwork, and creativity and is committed to sustainability, innovation, and community engagement.

In addition to her professional work, Melody has volunteered for Junior Achievement, Dress for Success, Meals on Wheels, and other organizations. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her three children 20-year-old daughter (currently serving in the United States Marine Corps) 12-year-old daughter, and 7-year-old son, which inspire her to continually grow and push boundaries.

Melody currently resides on the Standing Rock Nation as an enrolled member and is the daughter of Verle and Doreen Red Tomahawk. She is inspired to be a part of the SAGE Development leadership team and is passionate about the economic growth of the people of Standing Rock.
